Earth Auger Series
Sanwa Earth Auger Series have been vastly used in this country for the purpose of making foundation pile, retaining wall,and stabilized soil etc. with minimum noise and vibration to adjacent neighborhood.
Earth Auger is a general term of Auger Drive Unit that consists of electric motor as power source, transmission, swivel and output shaft mainly.
Output shaft of Auger Drive Unit is connected with Auger Flights and Auger Head and its torque is transmitted to them to drill soil underground.
One of feature of earth auger is swivel device and hollow stem of auger flights and auger head because water, slurry, compressed air etc. can be injected into ground through them.
New application of construction method is related with this swivel system.
Standard Earth Auger D-40KP(K) - D-60KP(K)
Standard Earth Auger series are applied for drilling ø260-ø500 in general soil conditions.
Preboring, Nakabori method(caisson method), sheet pile driving method etc. are applicable with extra attachment.
Compact Earth Auger D-30KP(K)
Compact Earth Auger series are attached to Hydraulic Excavator, Truck Crane etc to do relatively small scale job.
Rock Auger D-80KP(K) - D-240HP(H)
Rock Auger Series are applied for tough drilling in boulder, rock layer with bigger diameter, deeper depth.
Super Auger D-80K - D-120K
Super Auger series have variable rotation speed with high power.
Especially they are efficient for Nakabori method (caisson method) because rotation speed drilling and injecting can be changed and set.
