EARTH NET is multirole static piling management system which measures data with various augering depth, electric current values, etc., and can perform analysis and a display in the piling work which used earth auger.
A working situation can be supervised on real time, and also it is possible to save data and to use it for a next pile quality control.
Moreover, in EARTH NET, the option, which can control a mortar plant, is prepared based on the measured data. EARTH NET is working management system of the next generation that attains rationalization by data former management.

The graph display of measurement data
At the time of specified bearing stratum detection, since the augering data and measurement data of the present position can be displayed on the same coordinates, the bearing stratum attainment can check easily by relative comparison.
Moreover, the item of graph can also be combined and displayed for every kind of data.

Edit and printing of data
The data measured with this system can be saved at an ATA card.
The data saved at the ATA card is taken in a personal computer, and can perform graph edit and printing with exclusive software. Preservation is possible also as a file of a personal computer.

Extension by the option unit
Two options are prepared for EARTH NET.
-1. Automatic operation unit: delivery control of operation and a plant pump is possible inside a main part in each measurement value.
-2. Information communication unit: Transmission and the data surveillance in a remote place are possible.

Expansion of analysis capability
A measurement item is six items at a standard. Furthermore, the addition of an item is possible as an option.

Adoption of a touch panel
The touch panel performs all operations of EARTH NET.
