After carrying out the pre- boring of the soil layers by Earth auger,
bearing capacity is made to ensure by the hammering.
It uses in many cases in order to reduce vibration and noise, the case
where there are hard sub layers and a piling cannot penetrate.
For application pile diameter, about 300-800mm and the maximum pile
length are about 110 times of pile diameter.
1)
Boring the soil layers by earth auger.
2)
Boring to specified depth and pull up earth auger.
3)
Install a pile to a bored hole, put the hammer cap after installation on
pile head, and check the perpendicularity of a pile.
4)
Perform hammering with a hammer.
5)
If bearing capacity is presumed and the demanded bearing capacity is acquired from the amount of penetration and the amount of rebound at the time of a blow, and complete.
