Boring with Pile while blowing

A pile is driven from a pile head to predetermined depth by the weight of a pile, and pressing fit through a pile hollow part for the spoil which bored the soil layers at the tip of a pile by auger flight inserted in the pile hollow part. Top of pile is hammered with a drop hammer etc. after that, and the same bearing capacity as a conventional piling by hammering is made to ensure.

It is accompanied by vibration and noise at the time of the final hammering. For application diameter of pile,about 400-1000mm and the maximum piles length are about 110 times of pile diameter and 80m.

1)	Positioning the lower pile having hollow part, in which auger flights are inserted.
2)	Connect auger flights with the auger drive unit which is mounted on the leader of the piling rig.
3)	Rotate earth auger and boring the pile tip soil layer. Generally compressed air is blown off from an auger head tip, and a pile is driven, discharging spoil from top of pile through a pile hollow part by the lifting action.
4)	Connect a lower pile and an upper one after connecting auger flights in a lower pile with the ones in upper pile.
5)	Pull up earth auger flights, add a blow with the drop hammer which is mounted on the leader and drive a pile tip into the predetermined depth of bearing layers.
